Operator controls (local PC)
These controls run local PowerShell scripts in the retained EN Flow Windows workspace. They are for Eirik/operator use only.
Production app traffic runs on Railway and does not require the local dev stack. Stopping the local dev stack keeps the Cloudflared rollback service retained.
Pull updates the local workspace from GitHub before local Codex work. Publish sends local code/doc changes to GitHub and may require a Railway deploy/check depending on the change.
